About
Dr Ifat Anjum is an experienced General Practitioner with over 15 years of experience providing comprehensive, patient-centred healthcare. She has been practising as a GP in Australia since 2010, caring for communities in both Dubbo and Sydney. Living locally, she is committed to delivering high-quality healthcare to individuals and families within the community.
Dr Anjum completed her MBBS in Bangladesh before moving to the United Kingdom, where she successfully completed the PLAB examinations and gained valuable hospital experience. She later relocated to Australia, completed the Australian Medical Council (AMC) requirements, achieved Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP), and commenced her general practice career in Dubbo.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr Anjum is a RACGP Examiner, contributing to the assessment and development of future Australian General Practitioners.
Dr Anjum enjoys all aspects of general practice and is passionate about delivering holistic care that supports her patients' physical, mental, and social wellbeing. She has particular interests in women's health and children's health, offering a range of preventative and procedural services.
