Dr Piravin Somasundaram

Dr. Piravin, (referred to as Dr. Prav), has trained in several hospitals in NSW including Blacktown, Bathurst and Royal Prince Alfred, working across various medical specialties during that time.
He commenced his General Practice Specialist training in Regional Victoria in 2016. And worked as a GP Registrar and Visiting Medical Officer at medical clinics and Regional Hospitals in VIC, before relocating back to Sydney in 2020.
He has several speciality interests including chronic medicine, Paediatrics, mental health, and Skin Cancer surgery. In addition to his GP specialist fellowship, he holds a Diploma in Childrens Health, and certificates in Skin Cancer Medicine and surgery. He is an alumnus of the Sydney Childrens Hospital Network, and a member of the Skin Cancer College of Australasia.
Dr. Prav enjoys the challenge of dealing with a wide variety of medical complaints and values the importance of the doctor-patient relationship.
Dr Marin Sultana

Dr Marin Sultana is an MBBS graduate from University of Dhaka, Bangladesh with special interest in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She is a fellow of Royal College of General Practitioners and has completed a Diploma in Paediatrics.
Dr Sultana worked in general practice and family medicine for many years in Townsville and Gold Coast of Queensland.
Dr Sultana has a special interest in Women’s Health, Paediatrics, Chronic Disease Management, Mental Health and Occupation Health.

Dr Robert Clark

Dr Robert is an MBBS (Hons) graduate from University of Southampton, England and a fellow of Australian College of Remote and Rural Medicine. He has experience in both emergency medicine and general practice having worked across the UK, Singapore and Australia, including the Northern Territory, Victoria, South Australia and New South Wales. He is excited to be back working in his home city of Sydney.
Dr Rob has spent 2 years working in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health, this area of medicine is of particular interest. He also enjoys working with adolescent and adult mental health issues and men’s health.
In his spare time away from medicine, he is a passionate snowboarder and has recently started pursuing a long-term dream of his by learning to sail.
Dr Harathi Nagella

Dr Harathi graduated in 1999 from NTR university of health sciences, India. She had been working in Australia since 2006. She has progressed in her career, attaining FRACGP in 2010 and DRCOG (UK) in 2012. She is trained in advanced Dermoscopy, Skin cancer surgery. She has special interest in Women’s health and trained in insertion and removal of IUD’s and Implanon.
Apart from English, she can speak Telugu, and Hindi. Dr Harathi enjoys travel, gardening and family time.
Dr Dennis O’Connor

Dr Dennis O’Connor is a vocational registered specialist general practitioner. He completed his undergraduate medicine degree at the University of Melbourne in 1982. He spent his intern year at St Vincent’s Hospital in Melbourne and then postgraduate work at the Bendigo Hospital where he completed his post graduate Diploma of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. He has also completed postgraduate studies in Musculoskeletal Medicine (Flinders University) and Health Professional Education (Monash University).
He has worked in private General Practice since 2016, initially as an owner of a small practice and after 25 years as a senior GP in a large group practice. He has had a clinical appointment with Monash University Rural Health since 2011 as the GP Discipline Lead and subsequently Academic Lead for the undergraduate medicine year 4 program in North West Victoria.
He is an RACGP Accredited GP Registrar Supervisor. His special interests include musculoskeletal medicine and medical education, but he enjoys the broad spectrum of clinical general practice. Outside of work he enjoys time spent with his family, walking, mountain bike riding and watching AFL.
Dr Bilyana Konstantinova

Dr. Bilyana Konstantinova completed her basic physicians training at the University teaching hospital, Sofia, Bulgaria, before migrating to Australia. She started her career at the Prince of Wales hospital, completed her advance training at St. George and Sutherland hospitals, before obtaining her FRACP. Dr. Konstantinova worked as a head of the department of geriatric medicine at Campbelltown and Camden hospitals. Also, Head of Department Hospital in the Home program, CCLHD while she continued to provide geriatric services for inpatients and outpatients in Gosford hospital. She is currently working as a Staff Specialist and senior geriatrician in Gosford hospital, CCLHD.
She is also passionate about teaching and education and she holds a Senior Lecturer appointment at the School of Medicine, University of Newcastle. In 2014, she started her private consulting rooms in the Campbelltown private hospital and including visiting nursing homes and supporting several Mid North Coast GP centres. Dr. Konstantinova lives in Roseberry with her family and is passionate about supporting her local community by spending some time volunteering and presenting at different forums with focus on Ageing, Falls, dementia syndromes and healthy ageing.

Sandro Queiroz graduated with a Bachelor of Psychology from Western Sydney University in 2020. Sandro holds an Honours degree in Psychology and is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia. He further adopted evidence based medical knowledge through his Master in counselling and Psychotherapy.
Sandro uses different approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic, Mindfulness, Schema Therapy, Eyes Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Hypnotherapy to treat his clients.
Sandro is a bi-lingual practitioner. He can offer consultations in Portuguese along with English. He is empathetic, non-judgmental, open-minded, and has a holistic approach focusing on assisting individuals on their healing journey. His goal is to empower and assist clients to regain their confidence.
In his spare time, he enjoys playing sports and spending time with family and friends.
James MacCann

James graduated from Sydney University in 2011 with a Masters Degree in Physiotherapy, Exercise and Sports Science majoring in sports performance. Also, have an postgraduate qualification in dry needling, k-taping, casting and sports physiotherapy, and have conducted numerous occupational health programs, notably with TOLL, Dnata and Prysmian Cables.
James have worked in private practices across Sydney and is an lifelong basketball fanatic and continue to represent the Sutherland Sharks.

Nenad Vlaisavljevic
Exercise Physiologist

Nenad holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology (Rehabilitation) and is accredited by Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA). With over a decade of experience in exercise physiology, he is dedicated to enhancing health and well-being through evidence-based practices and designing and implementing customised exercise programs tailored to meet individual health needs and goals. Pathology domains covered include cardiovascular, metabolic, neurological, musculoskeletal, cancers, kidney, respiratory / pulmonary and mental health as well as any other conditions for which there is evidence that exercise can improve an individual's clinical status.

Sonya is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a Master’s degree in nutrition and dietetics from the University of Wollongong. She has experience in managing a range of areas in nutrition such as obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular health, coeliac disease, IBS and food intolerance. She aims to provide individualised care plan to ensure the best outcomes for my patients. While with us, Sonya will be running cooking classes to help you come up with the best dishes that will be suitable for your health.
