Onsite & Telehealth Consultations

• Weekdays: Medicare & DVA Card holders

  15 mins consult is $85 and 30 mins consult is $125. After Medicare rebate, Out of pocket is approx. $42.5.

  Bulk Billing Available on weekdays for centrelink card holders and children under 16 age.

• Weekends (Sat - No Bulk Billing)

  $85 per 15 min, $125 per 30 min consultation. After Medicare rebate, Out of pocket is approx. $42.5.

Telehealth Medicare rebate is available for patients who had at least one face to face visit in the past 12 months. Refer to below fee schedule for other services.

• Non Medicare card holders (e.g., students / travel insurance cards): $85 per 15 min, $125 per 30 min consultation. (You may be eligible to claim some fee back if you have a eligible private health cover)

Women’s Health Procedures

• IRON INFUSION

  Dr Prav, Dr Beth & Dr Sam offers Iron infusions. Please note: We require a initial appt before booking in for a procedure.

  Iron infusion procedure fee: $200 for a 30 to 40 min session (Medicare/DVA rebate: $42.5 - $82 based on time, Out of pocket: $125 - $160)

• Implanon contraceptive implant & removal

  Dr Prav & Dr Beth offers Implanon consultation. We require a initial appt before booking in for a procedure.

  Time based consult, Procedure fee: $125 to $200, Out of pocket: $50 to $120)

Medical Procedures / Services

• Skin Cancer Checks

  Dr Prav offers skin checks. Biopsy and Skin Procedures, Cost depends on the area of the body and size of the procedure. Check with your service provider at the time. As a general guide, cost is between $50 to $200 out of pocket.

• Work related injuries

  Dr Prav, Dr Beth and Dr Sam offers work cover consultations. We request our work cover patients to bring a valid insurance claim number for us to contact them & seek approval. Otherwise, we will require payment on the day and you could claim it back once the claim is approved. 

• Driving Medical Assessment& insurance forms

  Dr Prav and Dr Sam offers driving medical assessments. Ranges from $100 plus GST to $300 plus GST depending on the number of pages to fill and the condition complexity.

• Spirometry

  Along with consultation fees, Spiro will attract $50 additional fees.

Allied Health Services

Medicare / DVA card holders with chronic condition may be eligible for “5” Medicare rebate sessions to see allied health practitioners such as physiotherapist, dietitian and podiatrist (combined) per calendar year. As per Medicare guidelines, When coordinating the development of Team Care Arrangements (TCAs), the general practitioner must consult with at least two collaborating providers, each of whom will provide a different kind of treatment or service to the patient. Patient must see both providers soon after the referral is generated. For example, Physio & Dietitian. Discuss with your GP for more information. You are welcome to see our Allied Health directly. Please refer to private fee schedule.

Physiotherapist

• Medicare & Chronic disease referral – $90 per consult. Medicare rebate $60, Out of pocket $25. (Children and Centrelink card holders - Bulk billing)

• Patients with no chronic condition, Non Medicare card holders – $90.00 (If you have a Private health fund, you may be eligible to claim some back)

Dietitian

• Medicare & Chronic disease referral – Bulk billing

• Patients with no chronic condition, Non Medicare card holders – $90.00 out of pocket

Mental Health Services

Psychologist

Patients suffering from mental health conditions may be eligible for up to “10” sessions with a Medicare rebates to see our psychologist. Please see our GP for eligibility and a referral letter. Medicare & Mental health referral, Initial & Follow ups -

• Sandro & Anna : $200 per 1 hour consultation (Medicare rebate $99, Out of pocket gap $101).

• Private (No Referral or Non Medicare card holders) – $200

Specialist Services

Geriatrician

• Bulk billing available for Initial & Follow up consultations if you have a valid GP referral.

• Additional fees may apply if you require tests or hospital procedures. Check with your service provider for more information.

Cardiologist

• Initial Consultation: $350 (Medicare rebate approx. $150, Out of pocket $200)

• Follow up Consultation: $275 (Medicare rebate $75, Out of pocket $200)

• ECG, Echo, Stress test and Holter monitor are performed onsite. A valid doctors referral is required for Medicare rebate. As a general price guide, customer is out of pocket $200 per appointment / consultation.

General Surgeon and Colorectal Specialist

• Initial consultation: $250 (Medicare rebate $101, Out of pocket gap $149)

• Follow up consultation: $120 (Medicare rebate $50, Out of pocket gap $70)

• Additional fees may apply if you require tests or hospital procedures. Check with your service provider for more information.

Important to note

• All referral services such as pathology, radiology, specialists and hospital services are performed outside the scope of our services. Please check with the service provider in regard to any additional costs which may apply.

• EFT / Credit Card Surcharges apply on each transaction. For more information, visit ACCC website > Business > Pricing > Card Surcharges.

• Cancellation policy: If you no longer need your appointment, kindly contact us to cancel your appointment. This will allow access for patients in need. Two hour notice is required. $50 – No Show fee may apply.

• Claiming Medicare Rebate: Our systems are connected to the Department of Health - Medicare web services. We will electronically inform Medicare about your consultation & fees.  Medicare generally takes 2 to 3 business days to process your rebate into a nominated bank account.  

  Expectations - GP Consultations: Medicare may not process your rebate if Full name, date of birth or address is not matching or your bank details are incorrect or not registered. (Some children account may not be linked to the parents account). We recommend you log into the Medicare Express Plus app and update your details before claiming through the app. Or visit the nearest Medicare office. 

  Expectations - Allied Health & Specialist Consultations: Medicare needs a valid referral letter from a GP to process your Medicare rebate. You will need to understand the number of sessions you are eligible for, under each clinical service.

  Please note, we are unable to process your Medicare rebate at a later date. Customers will need to claim via Medicare Express Plus App or by visiting nearest Medicare office.
